I really loved this movie when it came out in theaters. I actually watched it twice in a row because it was so awesome!! The part I really liked when Michael captured Laurie, they had somewhat of an unusual bond that faded so many years earlier... After that happened...(well you will just have to watch the DVD to see.) The actors were great... It merely captured the spirit of the John Carpenter Classic. Even though I like the original, it's not as gory and cool like this one. It really captures the sincere moments in the life of Michael Myers and his sister Laurie Strode. And to be honest... I don't even think this is really a remake... it's a RE-DEFINED HALLOWEEN.
